THE following companies saw new developments that may affect trading of their securities on Thursday (Jul 4):

Boustead Singapore: A unit of the engineering and technology group has signed a memorandum of understanding with a local electric vehicle solutions provider to deploy Singapore’s first battery charge and swop stations for electric motorcycles. Shares of Boustead Singapore closed flat at S$1.03 on Wednesday before the news.

Camsing Healthcare: The company’s shares will resume trading on the Singapore Exchange on Thursday after being suspended since 2019. On Wednesday, Camsing said it received the green light after it fulfilled trade resumption conditions, and completed a new investment involving the issuance of new subscription shares and convertible bonds. The counter last traded at S$1.07 before it was suspended.
