KUALA LUMPUR — Malaysia’s state energy conglomerate Petronas has announced on Friday a joint venture with Italy’s Enilive and Japan’s Euglena to construct a biorefinery plant at the Pengerang Integrated Complex in the southern state of Johor.
A joint venture company will be established to construct and operate the biorefinery plant, targeted to be operational by 2028.
